Consider the following steps, to ensure a faster processing of your ticket.

It may take 30 seconds or so, till you see your tickets, or receive a confirmation email.

- Ensure the key is in the truck, and the truck is turned on.
- Ensure there is enough gas in the tank to last a few hours.
- Prepare early and take pictures of the FleetArc Device ID, DVR ID, VIN and Truck Asset ID you're working on.
