How do I export driver and vehicle files from OPTAC3?

Advanced Export data - Drivers and vehicles

To export data from OPTAC3, please select ’Company’ and click in ‘Advanced Data Export’, In the main screen of your OPTAC3.

In the ‘Advanced Data Export’ section you will need to complete all the information and click ‘Next’.

Choose ‘Activity Date’ to make sure the data exported covers the requested period of data.

If applicable, select the drivers that you wish to export and click ‘Next’.

If applicable, Select the vehicles that you wish to export and click ‘Next’.

The final screen will show you a summary of your selected data to export.
Click ‘Export Data’ to export your legal files.

This process will create a ZIP file which normally will be in your ‘Downloads’ folder on your PC. This file contains all the selected exported data.
