Create a bookmark to you OPTAC3 account on the new PC. You copy the link from your old PC or from the email you received from Stoneridge when the account was purchased.
The link will look like this: https://www.optac3.com/OPTACNET/Main.aspx?Customer=account_name *account_name Fill in your own account name here. If you are unsure, open OPTAC3 on your old PC to see the account name or send us an email on helpdesk@stoneridge.com.
Install the Import Wizard on the new PC. Please download the installation file here. Once downloaded, open the file and follow the steps to finish the installation. De-select 'Panasonic Chart Scanner' if you don't have one.
Once installed, you will find a shortcut to the OPTAC3 Import Wizard on your Desktop.
Open the shortcut and enter your account name (see Step 1 on how to find your account name)
If you use a digifobpro or digivu download device, you will also need to install Digiconnect. You can download the latest version here
