How do I record Holidays and Sick Leave, in OPTAC3 Web?

If you need to add Holidays, Sick leave, or any other Special days in your OPTAC3 Web, you will need to first create those Special Days in the software. To do that, you will need to go to:

  • Company and Non-Drive Days
  • Select a driver and click Edit
  • Click in Add and again in the new screen click in New Day.
  • At this point you can write the name or description of your special day (ie. Holidays) and select between the 3 types of Special Days available in OPTAC3 Web:
    • Non-Duty Statutory
    • Non-Duty Non-Statutory
    • Non-Drive
  • Once you have created your first Special Day, you can add as many special days as you required.

If you want to add Special Days to your drivers, you can do it from:

  • Company/Non-Drive Days and select the special day to add to 1 driver for 1 day at the time.
  • Or select Multiple Driver Non-Duty Days to add up to 7 days of Non-Duty Days for more than 1 driver at the same time.
  • Or you can also add Non-Duty Days via the Calendar View screen, clicking in the top right corner of each day.
