An OPTAC3 user account is locked after several unsuccessful login attempts. The OPTAC3 Administrator can unlock accounts using the instructions below. If the OPTAC3 Administrator cannot login then please refer to our FAQ, 'How can I log into OPTAC3 when I have forgotten my password?'.
1. The OPTAC3 Administrator user needs to login and access the User Management screen within the Users tab.

To unlock the account, click on Edit and then tick the 'Unlock User' box and click 'Accept' The user account is now unlocked, and the user can now log back into the software, providing they have the correct login details.
