variety of causes for video not uploading
Cloud video does not upload to the cloud:
Items to first check:
1. DVR associated with the asset in Hubspot is what the FA470 is reporting for device ID
2. DVR has cloud compatible software versions:
The software version must be equal or newer than 2.1.6 for RPU and 1.08.00 for CoMCU, this can be found in the Diomedes Log
For Software version 21.6 or 2.17 the truck ignition must be on for the request to process
For software version 2.2.2, if the ignition is off, the request will be held and processed after next ignition on cycle.
3. There are no USB mounting errors for the time of requested video
4. Asset has is reporting MSA sync = complete
When we create a new workspace, there are some steps to be automatically performed by the systems (Hubspot, FleetArc, Dataservices and MyStoneridge), one of these steps that must be performed in the Data services fails, then this cause that videos sent by the DVR try to send to the cloud are not received.
The solution definitive solution is in course to fix this step that are not being performed properly. (status = Is in progress)
The faster solution is executing this step manually. (I've requested right now a support, SRB MSA Support team)
