"Back up camera in use" Error
In order to remove this error you will have to complete a factory reset. Please see the steps below.- NOTICE: Please capture current panning parameters, since the panning parameters are specific to your truck.
- On Mirror Eye controller Push and Hold bottom-left Driver Side manual panning button to bring up the Driver Menu.

- Camera X, Y, Z:
- Scroll the control knob to select "Panning" and push the controller knob to enter the "Panning Menu." Use the control know to select and view the following parameters.
- With all cameras connected to the ECU, turn the key OFF and wait the system shut down (Monitors OFF).
- After the system shutdown, wait about 2 minutes and turn the key ON.
- The ECU will power up and the camera back up warning message will be shown on the monitor.
- Press and Hold the “Driver’s Panning button”. The “Mirror Eye Driver Menu” will be opened.
- Rotate the Display Knob and highlight “Exit”.
- At the same time, press and hold the “Center button of Display Knob” and “Driver’s Panning” buttons together. The service menu will be shown.
- Rotate the Display “Knob” and select the option “Advanced”.
- Select the option “Factory Reset” and then “Confirm”.
- After following this process, please repeat the steps 1 and 2 to re-enter the system configuration settings. For detail on how to determine correct values please see article "System Alignment / Calibration: entering critical values"
