      Bezel Loose Or Missing

      Customer states the bezel on the monitor is coming loose or has completely fallen off.

      Problem Description

      • Customer states the bezel on the monitor is coming loose or has completely fallen off. 

      Resolution Steps

      1. Collect background information from the customer as to why this may have been damaged. 
      2. Replace monitor and return to BV for RMA investigation if damage was caused without clear root cause.
