      MEI - Black Screen

      Truck ignition is on, entire monitor showing black screen. Red LED on.

      Problem Description

      • Truck ignition is on, entire monitor showing black screen. Red LED on. 

      Resolution Steps

      1. Instruct driver to turn ignition off, wait for ME1 system to power down completely.
      2. Instruct driver to turn system back on and check if issue is still showing. 
      3. Collect FA 470 diagnostic log and check for any errors that may be causing the issue. Will likely need to consult with SW team. 
      4. If issue persists / FA 470 diagnostic shows potential failure, camera will likely need to be replaced.
