No distance lines appearing on monitor, image frame missing in image?
May be result of incomplete system start up. Notice the missing "image frame" separating the normal from zoom image, and no distance lines appearing.

Turn ignition OFF, wait for system to power down completely (wait 2 minutes for power down).
- key on unit and allow for full system start up to complete, 1 to 2 mins.
- verify proper return of image on monitors
