      Problem Description

      • Customer states the system powers down immediately after the key is switched off (normal operation allows for the monitors to stay on for 3 min after key off, then they go into standby mode)

      Resolution Steps

      1. Run a ME diagnostic report on the FA 470. 
      2. Check KL15 and KL30 messages.
      3. If KL15 and KL30 messages are similar, it is likely that the system was wired with KL30 on KL15 location.
