      Monitor Blocks Use of Sun Visor

      Customer states driver / passenger / look down monitor is in the way of the sun visor.

      Problem Statement

      • Customer states driver / passenger / look down monitor is in the way of the sun visor. 

      Resolution Steps

      1. This is a known issue for some truck types.
      2. Work together with the customer to loosen a monitor in order to adjust the visor.
