      Monitor Brightness

      Customer states they want to change the monitor brightness.

      Problem Statement

      • Customer states they want to change the monitor brightness. 

      Resolution Steps

      1. Check if Auto Brightness is enabled or disabled.  Recommended setting is Manual.     Enter Driver menu  (long press with the left manual pan button) -> rotate the center dial and select Monitor -> disable Auto Brightness Control -> back out of the Driver menu  
        ** System default on SW versions earlier that 2.2.9 will be Auto Brightness ENABLED ** 
         
      2. Day/Night mode can be determined by the status icon on the driver monitor.
                                                 
      3. Select the Monitor Brightness (upper right) button        
      4. The brightness bar will come up on the monitor 
      5. If they are in Auto, they will only be able to adjust 1-20. Typically this mode shows very little change from 1-20. Manual mode is adjustable 1 - 100  This may be the root of their issue.
      6. Adjust Manul Brightness settings
      7. Rotate the knob to adjust the brightness to preference, press upper right button to select.
