      Monitor In The Way Of Steering Wheel

      Customer states the drier side monitor is in the way of the steering wheel.

      Problem Description

      • Customer states the driver side monitor is in the way of the steering wheel. 

      Resolution Steps

      1. Instruct the customer to loosen the ball mount by using an allen wrench on the two fasteners that hold the ball mount in the A-Pillar bracket.
      2. When loose, push the monitor as far towards the A-Pillar as possible.
      3. Tighten screws. 
      4. If this still is not enough, ask if the driver can adjust the steering wheel position.
