      Need to Adjust Monitor

      How to adjust your monitor with an Allen wrench.

      Problem Statement

      • Customer states they would like to adjust their monitor.

      Resolution Steps

      1. Instruct the customer to loosen the ball mount by using an allen wrench on the two fasteners that hold the ball mount in the A-Pillar bracket.
      2. When loose, push the monitor as far towards the A-Pillar as possible.
      3. Tighten screws.
